Preorders and Backorders (except personalized or made-to-order) that have not yet shipped can be cancelled by contacting via email at support@memorygiftshop.com, as soon as possible.

Orders for items immediately available cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been successfully submitted. We advise you to follow the return instructions included in your package, or refuse the shipment upon delivery, and it will be returned to our attention. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once it
arrives to our warehouse.

Made to order items and personalized items are considered final sale and cannot be returned to memorygiftshop.com for a refund. Once a Made to Order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

Two day and Next day deliveries are made Monday through Friday excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Ground deliveries are made Tuesday through Saturday excluding Sunday and holidays. Gucci cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond Gucci's control.

Upon delivery, please ensure that the number of boxes delivered is as stated on the shipment confirmation email.

For online purchases, memorygiftshop.com will accept merchandise in its original condition for a refund of the purchase price when accompanied by the original invoice.

Return merchandise must be post marked within 10 days from the date of delivery to memorygiftshop.com . All PayPal purchases must be returned exclusively to memorygiftshop.com.

Corporate gifts must be returned exclusively to memorygiftshop.com within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Beauty products may be returned if unopened and in the original cellophane wrapping within 3 days from the date of delivery.

We recommend utilizing the prepaid label included within the package, if for any reason you are unable to locate this prepaid label please email us at support@memorygiftshop.com. memorygiftshop.com will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled or damaged.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. Certain items such as jewelry, watches, sunglasses, and ready-to-wear are shipped with a return tag attached. Returns on these specific items will only be honored if the label remains intact.
